Utah vs. every other state

Utah really is the best place to run. I realize that, and I will never complain about running in the cold again, I promise. (And I will probably break that promise in December.) Really though, it is such a good place to run. Anyway, Oklahoma is not nearly as hot and humid as the South, but it has it's fair share of both. I only ran for like 20 minutes yesterday. Don't know how far. I ran 4.5 miles today. Not my best week at all.

Running=hard, Mountain biking=harder, Driving=hardest

So I didn't run on Monday, but it was okay because I went mountain biking. I discovered that mountain biking makes running seem really lame. I don't think my legs have ever felt quite like that before. They almost burst into flames. I'm sure of it. And oh my heck...I can easily understand the padded shorts because my butt felt...well, it still hurts. It made driving difficult the next day. By the way, I wish I could say I looked cool like in this picture, but I'm positive I did not look like this, but in my defense, there were A LOT more rocks and the trail was much more narrow. So when the marathon is over, I'm just going to start biking all of the time.
Anyway, Tuesday- no running. Just 11 horrible hours of driving...in a wimpy car...all alone...with only some weird kid from my ward and my mom calling me.
Wednesday, I ran in New Mexico. I only meant to run a few miles (like 3), but I got lost, so I ran a few more (like 5).
Josh, do you even run?
